How Shared Sessions Work

Slot Booking

Each slot = 1 hour (50min net recording + 10min setup/break). Book 1-2 slots. 3+ slots = full custom session (55min/hr recording, one 15min break total).

Payment Process

Submit form → confirmation + invoice → pay to secure slot. Total buyout includes studio, musicians, conductor, recording team, score printing, Pro Tools delivery + overdubs.

Your Preparation

Deliver scores + playback/click-track/Pro Tools (if available) 3 workdays before. We print parts. Need orchestration/prep help? Contact us. Personal attendance welcome (bring printed parts if preferred).

Session Day

Listen/talk via AudioMovers + Zoom (video + stereo). In-person highly recommended.

Delivery

Pro Tools session (24bit/96kHz audio files) within 3 workdays. Editing/mixing available separately.
